Google Analytics is the most important first step you can take to ensure your website is ready to generate leads. Without insights into the metrics of what’s happening on your website, you’re basically flying blind and have little way to know if your search engine optimization is improving or not.
And there is a 1a step to that. Hooking your Google Analytics to Google Webmaster tools is absolutely imperative. Depending on what type of platform you use, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Squarespace, Wix, you know – each of them have an implementation for Google Analytics.
Make sure that’s the first thing you set up. Trust me, you’ll thank me.
